New Referee Certification Course Information

As of January 10, 2012, the Grade 8 (new) referee course has been posted on the PA West referee calendar: https://ssl.hammersoccer.com/PAwestref/RefereeClinics.asp

Alternatively, you can type in this URL: http://www.PAWest-Soccer.org, then under the Referees tab, click on Calendar. This will bring up a list of all clinics currently posted. Scroll down until you find the one below to be held in State College (or choose another one if you desire), then click the "e-Register" button to the right of the clinic you'd like to sign up for.

*Keep in mind that Bellefonte Soccer Association will reimburse referees for the cost of the initial certification course, AFTER successful completion of the course and after the participant has begun to referee for BSA. Please keep any receipts and certifications for reimbursement purposes at a later date.

Course Information: This Grade 8 entry level clinic is for those wishing to become a certified referee for the first time. It will be held on Saturday 2/25 and Sunday 2/26 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. Bring a lunch or make plans to obtain lunch. A minimum score of 75% on the USSF entry level referee exam is required for certification. The clinic fee is non-refundable if a passing score is not achieved. Participants should be 14 years of age or older. For additional information contact John Douglas at 814-933-2276.
